Mission statement:	Our mission stattment is to Transform Lives and Landscape. SUDAN PEACE AND EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMME (SPEDP) OBJECTIVES AND AIM The Organisation shall aim to promote the following principles and objectives: (i) To promote economic development through eradication of poverty, attainment of good quality life and standard of living to the people of Southern Sudan . (ii)To create conducive environment for equitable distribution of wealth, redressing imbalances of income and achieving a decent standard of life for all citizens. (iii) To develop and manage the resources of the project in transparent manner in order to achieve prosperity through policies aimed at increased agricultural production, creation of an efficient and self-reliant economy and encouraging free market for the farmers within the communities and in the neighboring countries. (iv) To promote agricultural activities in the area of operation and any other area the General Assembly may deem fit. (v) To act as a mouthpiece for voicing out the concerns and interests of the people of Southern Sudan in fields of agriculture and areas affecting farmers generally. (vi) To promote the right to clean and healthy environment through activities aimed at environmental conservation and supporting the government of Southern Sudan in the preservation and promotion of the biodiversity of the country. (vii) To promote the sustainable utilization of the natural resources of the country and the encouragement of the best practices in the management of the natural resources of the country. (viii) To guide and support men, women and children in the promotion of their academics and achievement of successful careers through vocational trainings and undertaking programmes aimed at building the capacity of men, women and children in order to achieve technical and vocational skills. (ix) To promote and compliment Government’s efforts and donor intervention programmes in development aimed at improving the education and preservation of the culture of the people. (x) To participate in the reconstruction in the ten states of Southern Sudan such as construction of schools, health centers and many more infrastructures that is vital for the people of Southern Sudan (xi) To reduce the incidence rate of HIV/AIDS among the Southern Sudanese communities with a focus on those at higher risk and promote community based socio-economic initiatives for the HIV/AIDS affected people with a focus to strengthen the capacity of men and women and the Sudanese community generally to sustainabley respond to HIV and AIDS and other development (xii) To raise, mobilize and disburse funds and other resources for the promotion of the objectives of the Organisation. (xiii) To enter in to agreement with any person or Organisation that seems conductive to the Organisation’s objectives or any rights, privileges and concessions which the Organisation may think desirable. (xiv) To look for funds for meeting the developmental needs of the people of Morobo County or people in any other area of Southern Sudan such as education, health, agricultural training centres, child care centres and other matters affecting the people of Southern Sudan (xv) To foster peace building in Southern Sudan through advocacy for good governance aimed at guaranteeing lasting peace, security for all, justice and equality in Southern Sudan and campaign for the respect of the human rights and freedom of the individual. (xvi) To serve as a platform to forward people’s voices to the relevant authorities and organizations XVII To protect women from all sort of abuse and advocate for Woman righ

Organizational structure:	Sudan Peace and Education Development Programme Structure consist of the Executive Council. The Excutive Council is the governing body of the Organisation with the following composition: a.President - shall be the head of the Executive Council. b. Vice President; c. General Secretary; d. Deputy General Secretary; e. Secretary For Women Affairs; f. Secretary for children Affairs g. Secretary for Finance; and h. Secretary for Public Relation. This is the Excutive Body. The body is linked to the supporting staff by the Secretary General, who over sees the daily operation of the NGO. The Secretary General report to the Excutive Council.
Number and type of members:	SUDAN PEACE AND EDUCTION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME HAS 35 YOUTHS AND OUT OF WHICH 7 ARE THE STRONG EXCUTIVE BODY.
Affiliation with NGO networks:	We are not yet affalited to any other NGO Network but we are aready Members of NGO Forum in Southern Sudan
