    Organizational structure: Dóchas is governed by its members, through the Annual General Meeting, which elects a Board to govern the organisation on behalf of the members. The Board is assisted by the Secretariat - led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - which is responsible for the management of the day-to-day business of the network. Dóchas’ governance structure is described in the Constitution. The Board is legally responsible and accountable for governing and managing the organisation. Members of the Board are elected in a voluntary capacity and serve as Directors of the Company.
