    Organizational structure: A LEGAL National ASSOCIATION BASE IN DONGA MANTUNG DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION OF CAMEROON-AFRICA AND REGISTERED WITH THE CAMEROON GOVERNMENT UNDER THE MINISTRY OF TERITORIAL ADMINISTRATION AND DECENTRALISATION.
    Number and type of members: PROSDOMA is made of organization members and individual members. There are eight (8) organizations that are registered members of PROSDOMA and there are one hundred and fifty eight (158) individual memberships. Individual membership is divided into Active and inactive members. Active members are those who have completely paid in their registration fees and dues who have full right of membership and full benefit and can take active part in decesion making process. They can be voted into the executive board or vote others where as inactive or partial members have limited powers in decision making process and can not vote or be voted into executive.
