Tripura Foundation USA and Tripura Foundation India work in tandem. Each has its own board of directors but they have the same Global Director. Tripura USA provides funding and some administration to Tripura India. Both organizations operate and manage programs. As a whole, Tripura Foundation is small and primarily volunteer driven. There are five paid staff members and small stipends are paid to part-time educators in India. Most decisions are made by each board of directors and the Global Director. A consultant now serves as Director of Development at TF USA. She helps plan and guide efforts related to fundraising and growth. |

At the broadest level, we are viewed and supported by over 4,000 individuals in 27 nations. At our narrowest level, our 75 HoPE Learning Centers are supported by 36 private sponsors. The amount of sponsors is rapidly growing, but here is our current breakdown by country: 21 Members from the USA 7 Members from India 3 Members from Singapore 2 Members from England 1 Member from Canada 1 Member from Ireland 1 Member from the Philippines. |
