The Annual General Meeting is the supreme policy making organ that reviews and endorses the overall strategy and work programme of the organisation. The Board of Directors is the functional policy making organ. It provides strategic management support to the secretariat and supervises the implementation of approved policies and programmes. The secretariat, headed by the Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day business of UNHCO, management and technical staff of the secretariat is recruited by the Board and serve on fulltime basis as employees of the Organisation. |
