CHIDO is governed by a Board of Advisers who formulate and provide policy guidance and managed by Executive Staff headed by the national Coordinator who directs the day to day activity of the organization supported by Programme and Administrative Managers. The office of the programme Manager comprises Programme Officer, Field Coordinators, Project Officers, Field Officers, Monitoring and Evaluation Officers and Community Mobilizers. The Officer of the Administrative Manager comprises the Admin and Finance Officers, clerks At District Level we have the Field Coordinators, Chiefdom Committee members, and Village Committee members who together form the Project Management Committees. |
