Their main duties include, proposing policies, strategic planning, senior staff recruitment, external relations and guiding the organization to achieve its mission. The secretariat, headed by the Coordinator, has five full time staff, three part-time staff and one international development worker most of whom are on voluntary arrangements.
RAMAT has an Advisory Council composed of seven persons of high integrity, good social standing and particular interest and competence in education, community enterprises, natural resources, legal and other community matters. The main duty of this committee is to provide strategic advice to the Management Committee.
