    Organizational structure: The organizational structure of SIMN is as follows: -The Assembly General is the sovereign entity of the organization. -The Administrative Council is the administrative sector of SIMN. -The Board of Directors are responsible for the coordination of programs and activities of SIMN's members. -The Director General and Executive Directors are responsible for the implementation of programs and projects defined by the entities of the the organization.
    Number and type of members: The number of organization members totals fourteen (14) consisting of institutional members and individual members.
