Organizational structure: |
TECHO is divided in two areas that work in strong coordination: the Social areas and the Resources areas. The Executive Director and the General Manager are the head of commercial departments (Administration, Finance, Marketing and Communication, Legal and Management Control). The Social Director and Sub-directors are at the head of social departments (Construction, Social Research, Innovation, Social Inclusion Programs, Social projects department, Definitive housing). This structure is replicated in each countries where the organization is present. However, it can vary according to the size and stage of development of the local subsidiary.The headquarter in Santiago coordinates the work of the local offices. |
