Mission statement:	Our Mission Statement Had offer an integrated developmental sustainable services with participatory approach most efficient and effective targeting beneficiaries satisfaction according to the available resources Summary Description Of The Organization The Humanitarian Aid & Development (HAD) is a voluntary international NGO established in1999 in Sudan & registered in 2003 in Yemen. HAD seeking to promote sustainable economic and social development by working with local communities and poor groups through relief and development programmes. HAD aims to help the needy communities and groups regardless of race, religion or gender. Our Vision Statement (To be the lead organization in changing conditions of communities for the better ) The Organization Fields Of Work (1) Providing primary health care, reproductive health & infectious and chronic diseases services to poor communities through 14 health projects. (2) Improving the capacity of health workers & midwives through training and scholarship programs in (Diploma & postgraduate studies in Health Institutes). (3) Responding to relief and emergencies within Yemen, when ever the need urges by providing emergency health services and shelters . (4) Encouraging and supporting the primary education through rural girl education program, orphans sponsorship programs to primary education students and literacy classes for women and kindergartens to poor children. (5) Integrate health education, health and environmental awareness approaches into youth & women sectors through opens days, sports and cultural events . (6) Encouraging, initiating and enhancing women & youth through capacity building programs & vocational training to improve their quality of life . (7) Providing water supply projects in the targeted areas (8) Providing poverty alleviation program & income generation projects.

Organizational structure:	Humanitarian Aid and Development Organization (HAD) is a voluntary international NGO established in 1999, in response for the call to provide humanitarian aid in areas suffering from the shortage of resources, increasing problems, variation of the natural conditions, the inconsistency of the living and security conditions , whereas it provides its support away from governmental , political or discrimination influence, endeavor to effect development , making Sudan its general secretariat and has entered in Yemen on 2003 to provide its humanitarian assistance services to the needy , ( in addition to Chad, Kenya, Nigeria ,Ethiopia and Somalia country programs). HAD is registered in Sudan as an international NGO.
