    Organizational structure: FARIAD has a Board of 7 members, 4 of which are females. The Board meets quarterly to plan and review the organisation´s programmes. FARIAD is headquartered in Accra, which runs the day-to-day operations of the organization an employing a total of 9 people. In addition, we have satellites offices located at Sampa, Kpassa and Akropong in the Brong Ahafo, Volta and Eastern regions of Ghana respectively. The organization does have a reservoir of qualified and dedicated staff and volunteers with multiple experiences in skills training and developing Women Micro-Enterprises having managed several women IGAs Projects both at the local and international level. Being a grass root organization, volunteers contribute immensely towards the actualization of our activities.
