The WRF is a legal, non-lucrative Association, initially composed of a General Assembly of associates who meet annually to approve the courses of action to be followed. It is also the organization which determines the composition of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is the representation body that manages and represents the interests of the association, in accordance with the dispositions and directives of the General Assembly. The Board of Directors meets four times a year and is integrated by the president, secretary and treasurer and a minimum of five and a maximum of twenty members, including an international member of each continent.
The WRF has an Executive Secretariat that is responsible for the operational work every day. |
