Organizational structure: |
The organizational structure of The Institute for Conscious Global Change, Inc. is primarily a hierarchical/matrix structure. One in which the heads in their field of expertise will be responsible for ensuring that the goals and objectives of the project are met in consultation and verification with the CEO. The primary goal of ICGC is to offer a visual but tangible solutions to the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) in an integrated, comprehensive and holistic manner through the Millennium Earth Project (MEP) which uses Geographic Information Systems (GIS), GeoDesign and related technologies. |
