    Organizational structure: The organisational strature is made up of the General Assembly (G.A.): The GA has a total number of sixty members composed of individuals and organizations. National Executive Committee (NEC): The NEC or Board is made up of eleven members. Within the Board, there are three committees: the Management, Finance and Programs. Secretariat: The organization’s staff is made up of the National Program Coordinator and twenty three other staff who are programme and support staff. A national program coordinator has overall responsibility of guiding, monitoring work of staff and also managing board and network meetings. Volunteers: There are 300 legal literacy volunteers who provide legal literacy in communities across 4 regions in Ghana. There are also 64 members of the Coalition of Women in Governance in 4 districts in Ghana who engender work of district assemblies. Interns: Coming from Ghana and abroad, these interns are attached to project officers to learn and share experiences.
    Number and type of members: The membership of the organization stands at 70 including individual and organizational members made up of people from the academia, lawyers, media, human right and women rights activists as well as traditional Authorities.
