Board of Trustees and the Executive Team: The Campaign for Human Rights and Development Sierra Leone is governed by the Board of Trustees that consists of 5 members, with the CHRDSL’s Chief Executive Officer serving as an ex-officio member. The Board of Trustees is generally responsible for overseeing the organization's program and expenditures, budgets and appropriation policies and guidelines: project strategies, allocation and performance. The Board of Trustees performs it duties through committee meetings that include, but are not limited to: executive committee, project and Budgets committee, Audit and Trusteeship committee, as described in the in organization's Bylaws. The Executive Team consists of: the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Development and Project Officer (DPO), Admin and Outreach Officer (AOO), Human Rights Officer (HRO) Finance Officer (OF). |
