    Organizational structure: Somali Refugee Aid Agency (SORAA). Have a permanent voluntary staff of 10 people 7 men and 3 women. The strength of (SORAA) is in its staff and members who posses an in-depth knowledge of urban Somali refugees in Africa. This knowledge has been gained through working with the urban Somali refugee families and the Somali community members. SORAA also has community development officers who are well experienced in participatory methodology, counseling, training, planning, implementing, community management programs and awareness skills training. The staff members are major and dedicated. They are not only high skilled but also have a years of experience in their respective fields and they are passionate and ready to make a difference and change the lives of the most vulnerable Somali refugees families. The Board of Directors with the help of the General Assembly and the patrons are provided the leadership and resources needed to perpetuate the dream and the vision on which the Somali Refugee Aid Agency (SORAA) was founded. Somali Refugee Aid Agency (SORAA) has a collaborative and strong relationship with the community members, international and local NGO’s, governments’ national, provincial and local entities. Somali Refugee Aid Agency (SORAA) is entitled to posses or collects a fund. SORAA fund consist offering grants, projects, funds as voluntary contribution from society members, i.e. private and public institutions/businesses and bodies both national and international, from allocations, fundraising donations, sponsorships or bequests and as well from any other asset through investment or other resource mobilization activities. The president has administration autonomy over the asset available and is responsible for the administration VIS-À-VIS with the Board of Directors (BD) and General Assembly (GA) meeting. Somali Refugee Aid Agency is managed by the Board of Directors which at its discretion determines the distribution and contribution taken into account the needs and problems among the community and the SORAA programs underway.
