Organizational structure: |
The W.P.E is structurally organized as follow: a. The General Assembly. c. The Board of Directors. d. The Executive Bureau. The General Assembly. The General Assembly is composed of very active members who are up to date with their contributions. All persons invited by the Board of Directors can equally take part in General Assembly meeting as observers without any deliberative voice. The General Assembly is the supreme authority of W.P.E. It can be convene in an ordinary or extraordinary session depending on the matter to be deliberated. It is charged: a. With the approval or modification of the constitution and the internal rules and regulations of W.P.E. b. With the drawing up of an annual working plan and subsequent budget. c. With answering all questions within its powers or competence. The General Assembly shall meet at least twice (2) a year following the conditions laid down by the internal rules and regulations. However, the president of the Board of Directors if need be may convene an extraordinary General Assembly meeting. The Board of Directors. a. The Board of Directors is made up of founding members, and some executive members whom by virtue of the competences can carry forward the actions of W.P.E. b. It is the General Supervisory organ of activities in the association. c. Members are permanent and can only be replaced by collective decision of both the Board of Directors and the Executive Bureau. The Executive Bureau. The Executive Bureau is the managing organ of W.P.E Its Composition is made up of: a. The Executive President. b. Two vice presidents. c. One Secretary General. d. One assistance Secretary General. e. Projects Directors f. One treasurer. g. Two financial secretaries h. Missions Officers. i. One discipline Master. j. One assistant discipline Master. k. One controller. The members of the Executive Bureau are voted for duration of three (3) years renewable. |
