Mission statement:	Our mission is to support the socio-economic development of women and improve the quality of their lives by equipping enthusiastic and dedicated women who want to build their future and careers in the Construction Industry. We empower our women with direct access to the tools, training, and resources they need for meaningful change. INTRODUCTION of this program is to improve living and housing conditions by providing education, training, and technical assistance. The training project is based on the belief that in practical construction People learn best from hands on experience and on-the-job training. Our capabilities provide diverse opportunities in areas ranging from carpentry to project management, allowing women the opportunity to utilize their acquired skills, to grow,and become experts different aspects of the construction industry. In addition, our extensive support teams offer a variety of career paths to suit an assortment of interests, abilities, and skills.

Organizational structure:	FROM CLASSROOM TO "HANDS–ON-CONSTRUCTION” Negucci brings 21st century technology and expertise to aid women in designing and executing development projects. We are committed to promoting sustainable technologies and methodologies. We offer technical assistance and hands-on training. We are continually expanding and improving on the range of our training series. We empower our women with direct access to the tools, training, and resources they need for meaningful change. Our Skill Acquisition Trainaing Program spanning from 2008-2015 has a goal to improve women's livelihood through their active participation in the Construction Industry.
