The organization brings together the Uganda Diabetes Association (UDA), the Uganda Heart Research Foundation (UHRF) and the Uganda Cancer Society (UCS). There is a Board Of Directors and 10representatives from each organization to the Alliance general Assembly. The office is run by the Project Manager and the Project Accountant. |

The Alliance gets its membership from subscription to the individual organizations and it has about 2000 members at the moment. These members may be NCD patients, friends or relatives of patients and well wishers. |
