    Organizational structure: At the apex, the General Assembly and Board of Directors oversee TaYA. Under the board is the Secretariat, which is mandated to implement TaYA's operational duties. Headed by the Managing Director, the office constitutes two main departments, namely: Finance and Administration and Program Coordination. TaYA has eight full time staffs and 12 volunteers who are actively supporting the organization’s project activity technically.
    Number and type of members: TaYA has two type of membership in place. This are corporate and individual members. Corporate members are legal organizations. It has 225 individual members and 35 corporate members.
