The ICCT was established as a 501(c)3 nonprofit in 2005 and has been involved with international projects throughout its history. As a public charity, an active eight-member Board of Directors governs the ICCT. An advisory Council of Participants, consisting of top regulators from around the world, help guide ICCT's work. The ICCT has 30 staff working in offices in Washington, DC and San Francisco, CA and Brussels, Belgium. |
