Mission statement:	The UNYAM is a non-governmental organization, according to the Moroccan law No. 376.58.1 and 75.00. It aims to include young Moroccans in the operating mechanisms and systems of the UN, through seminars and training courses on the chore of various UN structures and programs, in addition, to the promotion of the role of youth in achieving the Millennium Development Goals through advocacy and support of various UN programs in Morocco. The association seeks in particular to strengthen cooperation and exchange of experiences between the UN offices in Morocco and the UN youth associations around the world as a mean to highlight the youth policies both at the regional and global levels focusing on causes such as: Education and Training – Health- Sustainable Development- Women and Equality - Good Governance and Human Rights - Youth participation - Environment and Climate Change – Poverty Eradication and International Cooperation.

Organizational structure:	According to the UNYAM voted status, the General Assembly elected Mr. Naoumi Younes as Executive President of the Bureau for a non-renewable four years mandate 2010-2014, with a team composed of the following members: Presidency: Younes Naoumi, Hafsa Afilal, Mohamed En-nosse. General Secretaries: Ismail El Hamraoui, Sara Sbai. Treasurers: Ali Zoubedi, Imad Laghnimi. Councilors: Ibtissam El Rhazi, Kenza Benkirane.
