    Organizational structure: we are a developmental forum, a movement of transformation self-determination whose critical objective include development of youth and the community so as to integrate them into the mainstream of a productive society. we are aiming at shaping the content of youth engagement and mobilization towards a developmental outlook. our long objectives are the practical realization of our vision in so far far as youth community development are concerned.
