    Organizational structure: Junior Achievement (JA) Kenya has a secretariat that is led by myself as the Executive Director with a team of program staff to support the in-country programs. The Executive Director is supervised and reports to a Board of Directors constituted by CEOs of leading Companies (blue chip), academic institutions and government.
    Number and type of members: We draw our membership from children and youth who are in-school and out-of-school. Last year we registered a membership of 55,549 youth and our intention this year is to grow that number exponentially to 100,000.
