    Organizational structure: The organization is headed by the National Governing Council (NGC) representatives from each district. The NGC elects the National Executive Executive Council (NEC). The NEC is headed by the National Chairperson and is responsible for policy formulation, project planning and implementation and the general management of the organization’s affairs. The day to day running of the organization’s affairs is undertaken by the Executive Director assisted by a cadre of technical staff who head various programmes. MYWO has offices in the Countries, Constituencies and Wards. the Countries Offices are situated in the Countries, the constituency offices are situated in the Constituencies, and the The Ward offices are situated in the wards.
    Number and type of members: MYWO has six types of memberships. The membership consists of:- 1) Full Membership a) Individual Members - individual members support the aims, objectives and interests of MYWO and pay an annual subscription as determined from time to time by National Executive Council. b) Group members - comprising of members not less than 15. 2) Associate Membership a) Junior members - members between 14 and 18 years 3) Affiliate membership a) Collaborating societies/organizations and other women's societies which support the aims and objectives of MYWO. 4)Honorary Membership 5)Life Membership 6)Members on the Diaspora
