    Organizational structure: There is a board of directors (50 members representing state level organizations of UMW) that makes fiduciary and personnel decisions and a staff structure that carries out program. The board and staff meet twice annually to review program and make financial and policy decisions.
    Number and type of members: The Women’s Division membership is composed of 800,000 plus and are located in the United States This is mainly a U.S. based organization with diverse race and ethnic affiliation.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Women’s Division is the national policy making organization for the Conference/District/
