ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE IS DIVIDED INTO THREE TO ENABLE JUDICIOUS USE OF LIMITED FUNDS. THIS CONSIST OF THE MANAGEMENT, CASUAL WORKERS AND VOLUNTARY WORKERS. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM FORM THE CORE WORKERS OF THE ORGANIZATION, WHICH ARE MADE OF NINE (9) WORKERS. THE CASUAL WORKERS ARE THE PART TIME WORKERS, WHO ARE CALLED UPON TO SUPPORT THE PROGRAMS OF THE ORGANIZATION AT TIME WHEN MORE PERSONAL ARE NEEDY TO ENABLE THE ORGANIZATION TO ACHIEVE IT PROGRAM LINE OUT WITHIN A GIVEN PERIOD. VOLUNTARY WORKERS ARE USUALLY CALLED UPON WHEN WE ARE GOING TO THE FIELD FOR ANY ACTIVITIES WHICH WILL REQUIRE MORE HANDS THEN MINDS. |
