    Organizational structure: The organisation is administered and managed by the Board of Trustees which manage and distribute finances and internally audits the organisation. The trustees are from different backgrounds including business, finance, human resources, and socio development. Projects are approved by the Board of Trustees, and it also allocates funds towards the project approved. Mr Russel Thembekwayo is the Founder and Director of the organisation. Ms Lindiwe Florence Sibande is the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees comprises of: Mr Brian Mngadi; Ms Ndimakazi Sinama; Mr Karabo Sebetlela; Ms Maria Mfolo; Mr Itumeleng Mzimba and Mr Cecil Maphoto. The Executive Director reports to the trustees, the director must appoint a management team for operational purposes.
    Number and type of members: As per constitution of the organisation, membership is free and open for all members.
