    Organizational structure: JASA is a large decentralized agency with comprehensive central services that support the field offices and over 600 staff members. JASA has established a comprehensive managerial/business structure that supports accountable, services delivery. This structure includes transparent, integrated and reciprocal communication between service departments, fiscal services, and the Board of Trustees, continuous services planning and evaluation, a commitment to strategic growth, and opportunities for enhancing staff expertise.
    Number and type of members: On an annual basis, JASA helps approximately 50,000 older adults, their family members and other concerned individuals throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, and Nassau and Suffolk counties.
