Mission statement:	The mission statement of the company is to maintain a client base of fulfilled ans successful patrons with a well motivated work force that is capable of delivering the best to women, youths and PLWHA, and their representative organisations. The vision of FEDEV is to grow as the world grows; in terms of quality, communication, size, technology and relationships. Our watch words are: ‘…enhancing sufficiency with dignity’ OBJECTIVES 1. To empower rural and urban women and youths to acquire vocational training and entrepreneurial skills, thus empowering them to have productive and sustainable economic ventures. 2. To empower and train women and youths to be conscious towards the pursuance of peace and human rights, devoid of any gender sensitivity or discrimination as to disability, physical of health wise. 3. To network and collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to promote healthy life and eradicate all social vices or epidemics that militates towards the fullest attainment of human potentials, especially poverty and HIV/AIDS amongst women and youths. 4. To support new and growing businesses to overcome barriers imposed by red tape and bureaucracy. 5. To ensure discrimination is limited to the minimum for women, youths and PLWHA 6. To deliver service that has world class standards. 7. To develop a class of qualified and well motivated workforce. OUR CLIENTS Our clients include rural and urban women, youths and PLWHA, and, women, youth and PLWHA organisations. OUR CORE SERVICES 1. ENTREPRENEURIAL AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SKILLS ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT • We create the awareness and interest in people to set up their own business. • We provide entrepreneurial skill development programs aimed at building skills in people who have interest in owning and running their own businesses. • We provide programs aimed at developing owners and staff of existing businesses to stimulate quality operations and growth. 2. FINANCIAL SUPPORT We provide linkages and information of financial products and programs aimed at providing access to finance for our clients who have or plan to have viable business initiatives. 3. BUSINESS INFORMATION & ADVISORY SERVICES We provide access to both local and foreign business information services to aid business set ups, management, control and ownership. We also provide information and access on specific industries and how to meet specific regulatory requirements. These services include Business counseling and Mentoring
