    Organizational structure: The Board members are elected for a period of three years subjected to reelection .The Chairman is the head of the board and Executive Director/CEO is the head of the Management and Secretariat. Other board members are non executive directors who may head specialized committees .Under the Secretariat ,we have four departments ,they are,General Administration ,Research and Development,Finance and Finance and Gender matters.Each department is headed by a Manager.
    Number and type of members: CCDI is a membership based organization,with total membership of 178,000 as at March 2015,many applications are going through screening .We have students/volunteers
