Organizational structure: |
IMUNA is led by a Board of Directors which provides operational oversight and financial stewardship for the organization. The organization also has an Executive Director who manages the day-to-day operations of the organization and reports to the Board of Directors. Under the Executive Director are the various initiatives of IMUNA. The largest initiative is the NHSMUN conference, which is led by a volunteer staff of 150 university-level students who are experts in global issues advocacy and education. Other projects are also run by volunteer teams of typically 5 or fewer. |
