    Organizational structure: The Smallholders Foundation has 6 full time and 1 part-time staff who carries out the day to day administration and management of the organization. They develop functional projects to be implemented, seek out funds, draw up budgets, implement such projects, conduct researches and surveys, carry periodic monitoring and evaluation, and draw up project reports. The staff has 50 years combined experience in agronomy, agricultural economics, agricultural engineering, agricultural marketing, conservation biology, journalism and rural sociology. The organizational staff is lead by the Executive Director. A 5 man Board of Trustees oversees the organization . They met periodically to define our focus and determine new direction and regulating the entire activities, programs and projects of the foundation at all times. The board, is lead by the President/Chair of The Board, and other elected officers
    Number and type of members: 78 members of the organization are the heartbeat of the organization. Apart from their moral and financial contributions, they elect from among themselves, the officers and members of the Board of Trustees every four years. Membership is open to rural farmers, other individuals and organizations that demonstrates overwhelming interest in the goals of the organization while possessing immense potentials that will be beneficial to the organization.
