Lawyers as an Organisation has the general Assembly of its members as the highest decision making organ. The management however is headed by the Governing board which guides the policy thinking of the organisation. The President of the organisation heads the day to day running of the organisation assisted by the preogramme officers, Accountant and reseach officers through the Directors of those departments.Authority is from top to bottom. |
