    Organizational structure: HEDA’s organisational structure consists of the general assembly, the board of trustees, a board of Governors, an advisory board and the secretariat. The organisation is managed by the board of governors, the policy-making organ, which is made up of core professionals, each of whom has supervisory responsibility for a directorate within the organisation. HEDA relies on a network of willing local and international experts and professionals who from time to time make their expertise available for the execution of projects undertaken by the organisation. The organisation implements its project through constant cooperation of its advisers and trustees, who act as consultants and resource persons in the design and implementation of its projects.
