    Organizational structure: The Organization have a seven member board with one playing the role of a Chief Executive Officer. Under him is the operational manager, Cordination Manager and Accountant. Under this line is the Project Assistant,volunteers National service person and attachemnet staff. We depend most on resourse persons and consultant.
