Mission statement:	WAMY primary mission and objective is to render humanitarian assistance and to provide relief and rehabilitation to people affected by calamities or natural disasters. Its global objective is the social development and uplift of humanity at large. WAMY undertakes its activities strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations of the host country while also respecting and adhering to local customs. The very nature of its activities entails close coordination and cooperation with different organizations engaged in similar activities. The basic objective of such a cooperation is to avoid duplication of efforts.
