Mission statement:	¿To encourage and support Agricultural development to a high standard in Liberia in order to provide food for Children, Widows, Elderly, Disabled and Orphans, to build self-sustaining communities and to assist the fight against the world food crisis. ¿To partner with all local churches in Liberia in the preaching of the Gospel ¿To strongly support and teach the view that Orphans, Widows, the Elderly, street Children and Abandoned people are a wonderful part of the family of God. ¿To support families as means of discouraging illegal and unwanted social activities. ¿To respect the rights of every child and enable single parent sponsorship in building up the future of children. ¿To demonstrate God’s love through words and deeds by the way Guardian Care treats destitute children. ¿To provide vocational and business management training for youth, widows and those who need to support themselves. ¿Provide support for the establishment of Small Businesses by providing start-up finance through the provision of loans via a micro-finance program ¿Support and supply legally registered orphanages homes with basic necessities (i.e. food rations, play toys, clothes, etc.) with a view to improving the living conditions of children living in those homes. ¿To provide vocational skills training for our young generation so they can become a productive and self sufficient part of the community. ¿To promote and encourage hygiene by: o Building toilets o Constructing hand pumps o Collecting garbage from orphanage home, and streets. o HIV/AIDS Awareness Campaign o Providing training in basic hygiene practices
