    Organizational structure: The annual general meetings is the highest policy decision making body of the GFFG. The Executive council appoints the Executive secretary who administers the day-to-day activities and accountable to the Resident Director and the Executive Council.
    Number and type of members: The Executive Council acts on the recommendation of the Resident Director and appoints the financial Secretary, Treasurer, Advisory committee and other national officers to hold office for period of four years.
