Mission statement:	Our mission is to contribute to the development of Sierra-Leone by supporting the poor and marginalised groups to access safe water, improved sanitation and hygiene as a human right, engage government and other stakeholders to ensure that these services are delivered effectively to all. We will do this by advocating for increasing numbers of poor households and vulnerable groups are able to enjoy the benefits of safe water and sanitation services for domestic and productive use that is reducing poverty.

Organizational structure:	The Network, which started as a loose alliance is now having a General Assembly, an Executive Committee, Regional Focal Points, District Focal Points and the National Secretariat that capable of managing the day-day administration of its activities. In its governance structure, the Executive Committee is the Network’s collective leadership endorsed by the General Assembly. Followed by the Executive Committee is District Focal Points (from the 14 districts of Sierra Leone). At the secretariat, WASH-Net has staff that re charged with various responsibilities with direct supervision of the Executive Committee. At the moment we have over 97 member institutions
