    Organizational structure: Board of trustees are the highest decision making body. Drectly reporting to them is the programmes director, he is in charge of the day to day management of the organization. Directly followin the him is the programmes manager and the finance manager who independently report to the programmes director. At the lower level are the programme officers and volunteers. Theprogramme officers report to the programme manager and in turn the volunteers reort to the programme officers
