    Organizational structure: • Annual General Meeting (AGM) is supreme organ • Board of Directors (BOD) is below, next to the AGM. It comprises of two men & five women. • Currently Mr. Lutaaya Ronald, Executive Director (with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University) is the most senior staff member. He reports to BODs and is responsible for project supervision and monitoring, besides overseeing operations of the rest of Staff) • The project coordinator is Mr. Mutebi Francis- Male who is a graduate social scientist, with additional qualifications in HIV counseling. He will be report to the Executive Director who in turn will report to the donor. • Programmes Manager/Chief Instructor is Nakiganda Dorcus-a Female holds a bachelor of education from Kyambogo University, with certificates in Tailoring Machines Use and Maintenance. She will be responsible for the daily running of the project. • The Accountant is Ms. Najjuma Regina- female. Holds a Uganda diploma in business studies- She is responsible for financial accounting and management functions . • The Procurement Manager – Mr. Mpata Dennis- Male, holds a bachelors degree business administration
