    Organizational structure: The top decision making body of VICODE is the General Assembly, which sits once a year. Under the general assembly, there is the executive board which is chaired by the board executive chairman. its work is to supervise the programs and the activities of the secretariat. The day today management of VICODE is run by the secretariat headed by executive director who works with director programmes, director administration and logistic, director monitoring and evaluation, director resource mobilization and research. each department has staffs and field officers.
    Number and type of members: VICODE has 56 active members who contributes and participates in the programmes of the organisation. They are also passive members who include children, being supported by VICODE among others
    Affiliation with NGO networks: NGO Forum, Malaria and child illness secretariate, Ministry of gender and Social Development and Society for research on Child Development
