The top decision making body of VICODE is the General Assembly, which sits once a year. Under the general assembly, there is the executive board which is chaired by the board executive chairman. its work is to supervise the programs and the activities of the secretariat. The day today management of VICODE is run by the secretariat headed by executive director who works with director programmes, director administration and logistic, director monitoring and evaluation, director resource mobilization and research. each department has staffs and field officers. |
