IFACO NGO has a board which consist of 9 members drown from member organizations who representing different groups of disadvantaged people.The board makes decisions which are delegated to the Chief Executive Officer who implements all the deliberations with the staff(volunteers and employees).The employees then serve the community members with the activities/products as planned. |

We have nine members who represent their Community Based Organization.The members are either living with HIV/AIDS or practice pastoralism or widow/widower or survivor of Gender & Sexual Based Violence.We also have one who represent the caretakers of orphans and vulnerable children. |
