Organizational structure: |
The organization has a Board who guides the Staff. The Board determines the direction of HOYWIK to be responsive to needs and requests of its members. A team of readily available volunteers may be drawn from leaning institutions to oversee the day-to-day activity implementation of activities and a comprehensive structure aims to fully involve the membership in guiding the direction of HOYWIK and achieving organizations objectives in a participatory manner. |
