    Organizational structure: The organization has a Board who guides the Staff. The Board determines the direction of HOYWIK to be responsive to needs and requests of its members. A team of readily available volunteers may be drawn from leaning institutions to oversee the day-to-day activity implementation of activities and a comprehensive structure aims to fully involve the membership in guiding the direction of HOYWIK and achieving organizations objectives in a participatory manner.
    Number and type of members: The organization has over 300 members. we've got network members, volunteers, community and school membership.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: we normally affiliate with several NGOs i.e.PATAM, ARYI, Global Health Action, and Stop TB Partnerships,
