    Organizational structure: The YWCA National Council meets every four years and elects the national board who are responsible for the providing policy guidance to the organisation. the Board also recruits that Executive Director who in liaison with the Board recruits Management Staff for the Secretariat who are in-charge of day to day running of the organisation and supervision of the regional offices. the organisation also has a Board of Trustees who nominated by the Board and ratified by the National Council and are responsible for all the YWCA properties.
