    Organizational structure: Governance and Operational Structure The General Assembly (GA) is the highest decision making body in EDA. The Board of Directors, accountable to the GA provides policy guidance to the executive body. The Executive Director with the teams at central and regional offices manage the operation of the organization.
    Number and type of members: 200 staff members, 800,000 beneficiaries ( Marginalized Children, youth, women and small holders) at grassroots level.
