will have the head being the representative from the group formed at the natives group made.
The assistant leader shall be representative from TBIC( Tanzania Blue Cross) to balance the leadership
will need to have an accountant to whom shall be chosen by the group formed by the ingenious members and shall be nominated by themselves. A representative from TIBC will also either be an assistant accountant or will act as an auditor to who shall be reporting on the returns.
TIBC will have to have a Lawyer who shall act as an adviser on legitimate documents.
Lastly we shall have a person who shall be the mediator for both parties i.e TIBC to Indigenous and of course when products shall be at sales |
