Mission statement:	the Mission is to bring Tanzanian indigenous live a life worthy living by imposing them to the general development tactics from the date of start I opt to start by mobilizing the indigenous to have some knowledge of what can change their life to life worthy living. This shall be carried out by close followups in small trainings that will first have to bring sort of groups together and bring up idea on what is to be done. This will enable them be sure and free than imposing new things that isn't of their type for the sake of uniting them as a step ahead. Personally I will impose later after a small debate that will be there for some challenges upon the revenue every persons view shall have focused on. By doing this it shall bring change of mind to a productive focus that at he end of the day shall bring them changes to which every one would wish to have ever been in.

Organizational structure:	will have the head being the representative from the group formed at the natives group made. The assistant leader shall be representative from TBIC( Tanzania Blue Cross) to balance the leadership will need to have an accountant to whom shall be chosen by the group formed by the ingenious members and shall be nominated by themselves. A representative from TIBC will also either be an assistant accountant or will act as an auditor to who shall be reporting on the returns. TIBC will have to have a Lawyer who shall act as an adviser on legitimate documents. Lastly we shall have a person who shall be the mediator for both parties i.e TIBC to Indigenous and of course when products shall be at sales
Number and type of members:	At start a number of approximately 30 people shall be of start to where the type of members shall vary as follows them the Native direct members)= 25 Then we shall have - 1- shall be the Group leader 2- Head of Accounts And Lastly the representatives from TIBC= 3 who are:- Ambassador, Lawyer, Assistant accountant
