    Organizational structure: According to article 8.1 of the constitution, LifeAID is organized as follows; a) A general assembly b) A Steering Committee with an Advisory Board c) An executive Secretariat
    Number and type of members: Article 2: According to article eight of the constitution of LifeAID, membership is made up of three categories; online members (OM), Functional Non Permanent Members (FNPM) and Functional Permanent members (FPM). I. Online membership is made up of individuals, Local Community Structures, CSOs, CIGs, professional networks, who register online for the purpose of contributing and exploiting LifeAID’s online facilities. They contribute and benefit only from the online activities and information of LifeAID. II. Functional membership is made up of individuals, Local Community Structures, CSOs, Associations, CIGs, affiliates, partners, professional networks, vulnerable, minority and indigenous people whose registration is either online or by physical registration forms and agreements with LifeAID. Functional members contribute and take part in the structural and functional development of LifeAID towards the attainment of its vision. III. Online members can become functional members upon application and approval by the steering committee. IV. Functional membership, benefit from all the online benefits of online members plus other benefits as stated in article sixteen of this constitution. Functional membership is further divided into two categories: I. Non permanent members This shall include ‘just registered’ members, persons taking part in any program or activity of LifeAID; trainers, trainees, partners as being supportive and indispensable to the projects and programs at hand and the vision of LifeAID. II. Permanent Members. A member can become permanent upon approval by the steering Committee, after realizing the member’s attachment to LifeAID as being supportive, sustainable and indispensable to its vision.
