Maxfacta is run by an organizational board, which consists of:
- the chairperson
- the treasurer
- the secretary
- the coordinator
- the programs manager
- the administrator
- the project officer
Other work is done by volunteers, who usually work for a fixed short time (several months) |

Maxfacta has about 370 members. These are youth and women living with HIV, orphans, women and children who have been used physically and/or sexually plus the volunteers and staff. |
